Welcome to my teaching portfolio!

I am a teacher of linguistics. My teaching employs research based practices to ensure inclusive teaching. I aim to increase students’ ability to engage as informed citizens in constructs of language and power, science, and critical thinking. I emphasize that students leave my classroom with both foundational knowledge in linguistics and are able to critically engage in discussions of language and society.
